Our Terms of Use Agreement is a comprehensive document that sets out the terms and conditions that govern the use of management and services provided by Bitcoin-Escrow.io, for your use and participation in escrow transactions.  You must state that you accept these Terms of Use, and agree to be bound by them. Following is a summary of those terms of use:

Service Description - the creation of internet-based escrow smart contract transactions.  Bitcoin Escrow does not touch, handle, manage, receive or distribute user funds in any manner.

Limitation on Services - services are only available for legal goods

Prohibited Transactions - as per the above, any transaction is not permitted, that is:

.Illegal.

.Involves the use of illegal goods or services.

.Promoting scams or using the binary forex trading used in Telegram Groups or in any manners

.Please always use two-factor authentication (2FA) to secure your accounts and never provide login details to anyone. Account details must be authenticated the same way as your national identification documents, such as passport, ID, or driver's license.

Bitcoin Escrow, at its sole discretion, may refuse to complete any transaction which it considers invalid, or carried out by anyone other than you as the named account holder, or that may violate any law, regulation or regulation, or if Bitcoin Escrow has a reason which makes sense not to accept the transaction. As a user, you must agree to indemnify and hold Bitcoin Escrow free from losses resulting from any use, or attempt to use, the services in violation of this agreement.

Payment Refusal - Due to the use and nature of cryptographic currencies, making electronic fund transfers may be limited by your agreement with your financial institution and or by applicable law. Bitcoin Escrow will not be held liable for any incomplete transaction due to such restrictions.

General Terms of Use - You must represent and guarantee that all information you provide to Bitcoin Escrow or third parties will be true, accurate, and complete. Any party who signs this agreement on behalf of any user represents and guarantees that he is authorized to do so. Such user must be informed that he or she is at least eighteen (18) years old, must register on our site or the 3rd party site, and agree to all conditions as laid out in the Terms of Use. 

Buyer Obligations, Seller Obligations, Business Broker Obligations, Bitcoin Escrow Obligations - all parties must agree to all of their individual and collective obligations as laid out in the detailed Terms of Use.

Cancelling a Transaction - there are three different states for any transaction:

.New Escrows

.Active Escrows

.Closed Escrows

Each state has its own specific conditions and requirements for cancellation as laid out in the detailed Terms of Use.  All users must adhere to the specific requirements of each state.

Fees - the Buyer/Seller agrees to pay the appropriate fees for the services as disclosed within the Escrow Transaction Instruction.  Any other fees, including, without limitation, 3rd party service fees, such as shipping, valuation, inspection, etc. may also be payable. After payment, Bitcoin Escrow fees are non-refundable. 

Disclaimer - Your use of the services of Bitcoin Escrow is at your sole risk. The Services are provided on a strictly "as is" and "as available" basis. Bitcoin Escrow stresses that there is NO WARRANTY WITH REGARD TO ANY TRANSACTION; ANY ITEMS OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH THE USE OF OUR SITE OR OUR SERVICES, YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY FINANCIAL LOSSES. WE CAN MAKE NO GUARANTEE THAT SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, OR THAT THE SERVICES OR OUR SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, OR ERROR-FREE.
